There needs to be a way for us to submit trouble tickets without having to attend an office hour call. For example - I want to know why emails that once were landing in people's inboxes are now showing up in spam when nothing has changed? I also want to know why when I click edit on any process within marketing, automation, sites, it takes me back to the dashboard and then when I reenter the section I was working on it allows me to edit. These are tech support issues that can be handled differently than your weekly live support calls.
